Our Company

Total Building Solutions Ltd is based and operates in the Franklin area. On request we can work outside this area. We specialize in residential building from an alteration, through to complete House & Land Package. We can work with your plans, use our design service, or pass you on to an architect/draughtsman as required. We are a Registered Master Builder, which means we can offer you the protection of a Master Build Guarantee. We aim at the quality conscious home buyer who appreciates a high standard of workmanship.

Our Director

Grant Mackay has now over twenty one years experience in the residential building industry. Brought up in Waiuku & continued on in an apprenticeship in the area, until starting his own business in 1995.

Our Technology

Our design software is able to help you visualize the look of your home. From inside our out. We can email plans & views to you . We use a digital camera on site & are able to email you current photos of your project if you are not able to be on site. This is also very useful when dealing with your architect. Any queries can quickly be actioned by email of photos with out the need for an architect to go to site. This may reduce cost for you & will expedite the completion of your project.
