We are custom builders so no two homes we build are the same.

Most clients come to us with some ideas of what they want. This may be a floor layout or some pictures from a magazine showing some materials or styles they like. From here we work to acheive the design required.

Come to us when planning your new home or alteration

• By doing this we can save you money & provide a better built home. 

• Some plans are designed without regard to cost, where as we consider the cost of building in the design. 

• Once your house plans are drawn & consented they must go back to Council for changes. We can eliminate this by getting drawings right first time.

This service provides over 4000 plans. While it is American based & floor areas are in square feet, it still provides some good ideas to use.

To find the home size, multiply the square metre area you require by 10.8 to get the area in square feet.
