Gold Award Medal

Our Process

1. Preliminary
Discuss with us your design ideas and wish list for your dream home or you may already have a set of plans. We will organize a free site assessment as a preliminary check to discover what site works will be required, and what design is going to work best on your site or go over with you the plans you may already have drawn.
2. Concept Stage
You can select one of our plans free of charge that suits your site. If you don't have plans, we will work with you to develop a concept plan customized to your site using your ideas. A scrapbook is really helpful- collected pictures, magazine cuttings or photographs give us a clearer picture of what you would like to achieve. In order to draw a custom plan we will move to step 3 at this point.
3. Preliminary Agreement
In order to get a design drawn & supply you with a fixed price for your home. We need detailed plans, geotech & structural engineering reports. A Preliminary Agreement is for design work to get a fixed price quote. We will present to you a detailed specification, quotation and log into our online client access.
4. Sign Contract
We now sign a Masterbuild contract and a 10 year Masterbuild Guarantee. We can now organize appointments for you with colour consultants, interior and kitchen designers. We will begin working drawings for building consent.
5. Construction
Your plans have now been released from Council and we will begin work on site. We will be regularly in touch with you throughout the process and available to answer any questions or concerns. At this point your online access keeps you up to date on progress & costs, reminds you in advance of choices you may need to make. And most importantly all our communication is in one place, no lost emails.
6. Handover the keys!
Upon completion we will walk you through your new home to inspect and double check all work is completed to your absolute satisfaction. We also compile all documents & apply for code of compliance with council.
